We hope you love everything you order from Moss. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns on opened color cosmetics, skincare products, fragrances, or apparel that has been worn. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept open or used products for return.
Should you be less than happy with anything else you've ordered, please return it to Moss within 30 days with your original receipt, and we'll be happy to refund your purchase or send a replacement product. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. No cash refunds. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend FedEx or USPS). Include your packing slip (or invoice number) and please let us know the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
