UPDATE: Fitness Package Series
Fitness Package Series are only to be used for the intended use. We have in the past, accepted the the Fitness Packages to be used for Spa Services, however, we can no longer extend this offer due to accounting issues.

Arrival
To begin your Moss spa experience, we suggest that you arrive at the spa Reception Desk a minimum of 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. You will be provided with a personal tour of our facility. Luxurious robes and sandals are available for use throughout the day.
Parking
Moss does offer parking directly below the Scottsdale Waterfront on levels P1 & P2. When entering from either Camelback Road (near Wildfish) or Marshall Way (near Olive & Ivy) Moss Spa can only be accessed from the second bank of Green Elevators. We are located directly above Urban Outfitter's on the 2nd Floor, east of Nordstrom's. When entering Moss from Marshall Way, please locate the Goldwater Bank ATM Lobby located near Borders and Urban Outfitter's, and take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
Cancellation/Change Policy
Please allow 12 hours notice of cancellation or changes to avoid being charged $50 for cancelled treatments. Please keep in mind that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. A scheduled appointment that is not cancelled will be charged the full service price. Fitness Packages are to be utilized for the class series they were purcha
We Care About You
Please notify us of any health conditions at the time of your booking. First time guests will be asked to complete a personal health form prior to treatment. Communication with your spa concierge and service provider is essential for you to receive the most personalized treatment. All information is confidential and will not be shared.
Attire
Robes and sandals are provided for each of our spa guests. While many clients prefer to wear nothing beneath their robes, your comfort is of the utmost importance. Please use your own discretion.
Quiet and Relaxing Environment
In order to provide a relaxing and quiet environment to our guests, we do not allow cell phones, pagers, or smoking anywhere within Moss. Guests must be at least 16 years of age; an adult must accompany all guests under 18.
Valuables
Please remove any jewelry or valuables prior to your spa service. Moss is unable to assume liability for any items left in the lockers.
Payment
Moss will hold your appointment with a credit card, however because of our new pricing we prefer you make payment in cash or a check.
Gratuities
Our Therapist, Estheticians, Salon Staff and Fitness Instructors all appreciate your generosity, a standard gratuity is 15-20% of the service price.
Moss Spa Suite
Are you coming to Moss with a group? Book our Moss Spa Suite for a private place to gather with friends before, after, or during your scheduled treatments. Our suite can accommodate up to 8 guests and the pricing is in addition to any treatments. Please consult with your personal spa concierge regarding availability, dining options and pricing.
